Storage and Processing:

All personal information provided to us will be securely stored either in digital format (email, text messages, direct messaging) or physical format (Invoice pads)

All processing of customer information will only be undertaken by Busta Grimez Ltd.

How long do we keep and process your information?

Personal information used for invoicing will be kept in accordance with UK Tax Laws, currently this is 6 years.

Diary - All personal information stored in the works diary will be stored for 3 years maximum (1 year of current diary, 2 years in storage for reference) from the point of last contact.

Once the time limit has passed for each element, all records will be destroyed.
